What it is

DA Notice watches the public council planning portals every week, pulls out the development applications that match your trade and your service area, and sends them to you by SMS. That is the whole product.

The four steps

Set it up once. The digest lands every Monday morning.

    You tell us your trade and your suburbs.

    Two minutes, one form. Pick your trade (builder, electrician, plumber, carpenter, roofer, tiler, painter, bricklayer, concretor, pool builder, landscaper, earthmoving) and tick the suburbs you actually work in. We currently cover Central Coast, Lake Macquarie, Mid-Coast Council, and Port Macquarie-Hastings, with Wollongong opening shortly. Change either any time from your settings page.

    We scrape councils every week.

    Once a week, our scraper hits the public NSW Planning Portal and the council sources we cover. We pull every DA logged in your suburbs, then filter to the ones that match your trade. No login, no portal-watching, no spreadsheet-trawling on your end.

    We text you the digest.

    Every Monday morning the matched DAs land on your phone as an SMS. Address, trade category, status, and a link to the full detail page if you want more. Short enough to read on the way to a job.

    You reply to action the leads.

    Reply SAVE to keep a lead, CHASING to mark you are working it, QUOTED, DONE, or WON to move it along the pipeline. Reply STOP any time to cancel. Your pipeline lives in your member area.

  • WhatsApp lead hunt. Ask for fresh DAs in your suburbs on demand. Five pulls a day, on top of Monday.

What we don't do

The short list. Worth saying out loud.

We don't sell, share, or enrich your data. Your phone, trade, and suburbs stay in our database and nowhere else.
We don't scrape anything behind a login. Public council data only, rate-limited so we're a polite consumer.
We don't enrich private individuals. If the applicant is a homeowner, you get the DA, not their contact.
We don't auto-charge after a free trial. You start a paid plan, or you don't.
We don't send marketing texts. The Monday digest is the only scheduled SMS from us.
